Supply of micro and nano drones for the benefit of the Ministry of Armed Forces, accessories and related services

The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of drones and associated accessories. It meets the needs of the armed forces for drone systems, the supply of spare parts and technical-commercial support. This draft framework agreement is subject to the negotiated procedure in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the public procurement code. In application of articles R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the public procurement code, this is a framework agreement comprising subsequent contracts and purchase orders.
