Framework Service Contract for Manned and Unmanned Aerial Platforms

Use of manned and unmanned airborne platforms as a supplementary source of imagery before or after emergencies where very high spatial resolution or timely follow-up of events is required in cases where available satellite imagery cannot provide it due to orbital time or cloud cover (e.g. in cases of earthquakes, floods in urban areas). Content of the framework agreement: In addition to the common orthophotos and digital surface models, the framework agreement must also include LIDAR sensor types for the manned airborne component. The unmanned airborne component used for the production of orthophotos and digital surface models must enable flight beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) + UAV-lidar (optional).
