Supply of a multi-sensor UAS with payload release mechanism

The subject of the order is the delivery of a multi-sensor UAV system with a payload release mechanism. The description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not divide the order into parts. Therefore, the Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial offers, as referred to in Article 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order under the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
