Acquisition of Equipment for Laboratory 7 - bathymetry, hydrology, topometry (LBHT) within the project entitled: "Integrated system for complex environmental research and monitoring in the Danube river area, REXDAN", SMIS code 127065, according to the specifications in the tender book. Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidatures: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification: 10 days before the deadline set in the participation announcement for the submission of offers. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The completion of the award procedure by concluding the public procurement contract is subject to the following suspensive condition: the conclusion of the public procurement contract is conditioned by the maintenance of funding within the REXDAN project, SMIS code 127065, financing contract no. 309/10.7.2020, the signing of the contract being possible only if the provisions regarding the commitment of expenses from budgets falling under the public finance legislation are respected, and with respect for the provisions of Decision no. 395/2016 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions regarding the award of the public procurement contract/framework agreement from Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and completions.
