DESCRIPTION: 1. The subject of the contract includes the delivery and implementation of a mobile system for detecting and neutralizing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract regarding the base vehicle is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract regarding the bodywork and the system for detecting and neutralizing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is provided in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 4. Warranty conditions: 4.1. The required minimum warranty period for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of the vehicle on which the bodywork was performed is 24 months with no mileage limit. 4.2. The required minimum warranty period for the paint coating of the vehicle on which the bodywork was performed is 24 months. 4.3. The required warranty period for perforation of body elements of the vehicle on which the bodywork was performed is 72 months. 4.4. The required minimum warranty period for the bodywork and equipment, including the system for detecting and neutralizing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), is 24 months. 4.5. The warranty period will start from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract. 4.6. Updates to the Command and Control software (hereinafter: "C2 Software") must occur no less frequently than once per quarter. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEEDINGS: 1. Contractors who: 1.1. are not subject to exclusion, 1.2. meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings, if they have been specified, may apply for the award of the contract. 2. Pursuant to Art. 112 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority specifies the conditions for participation in the proceedings concerning: 2.1. capacity to conduct business activity – the Contracting Authority does not formulate a condition for participation in the proceedings in this regard; 2.2. authorizations to conduct specific business or professional activity, if this results from separate regulations – the Contracting Authority does not formulate a condition for participation in the proceedings in this regard; 2.3. economic or financial situation – the Contracting Authority will consider that the Contractor meets the condition regarding the economic situation if the Contractor demonstrates that it possesses: 2.3.1. financial resources or creditworthiness in an amount not less than PLN 2,500,000.00 (in words: two million five hundred thousand zlotys); 2.3.2. appropriate civil liability insurance in the scope of the conducted activity related to the subject of the contract for a guaranteed sum not less than: PLN 2,500,000.00 (in words: two million five hundred thousand zlotys). In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, the condition regarding the economic situation described in point 1.2.3. may be met jointly by all Contractors. However, each of the conditions described in points 1.2.3.1. and 1.2.3.2. must be met in full by at least one of the Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not allow for the summation or division of amounts among Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract in relation to the condition described respectively in points 1.2.3.1. and 1.2.3.2. 2.4. technical or professional capability – the Contracting Authority will consider that the Contractor meets the condition regarding technical or professional capability if the Contractor demonstrates that it has properly performed, in the last five years, one delivery with a value of not less than PLN 2,500,000.00 gross, including the implementation of a system for detecting and non-kinetic neutralization of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). INFORMATION ON SUBJECTIVE EVIDENCE: 1. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit the following subjective evidence along with the offer: − Technical specification of the offered subject of the contract prepared according to the template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of supplementing subjective evidence if the Contractor has not submitted them or the submitted subjective evidence is incomplete. EXPLANATION FOR FIELD BT-536-Lot: The date indicated in this field - 20.01.2025 - is entirely indicative, and the term for the execution of the contract is 8 months from the date of concluding the agreement. The Contractor will grant an indefinite, non-exclusive license for the C2 Software.
