Acquisition of a "Cargo" Drone System

The purpose of this contract is the acquisition of a system of two similar rotary-wing aerial vehicles (drones) and associated services. The drone system must include two identical aerial vehicles, each with a payload capacity of at least 15 kg (not including battery weight). Each aerial vehicle is of the rotary-wing electric propulsion type and has a MTOW (Max Take Off Weight) between 25 and 150 kg. Each aerial vehicle must be able to perform a 15-minute flight with a 15 kg payload. The acquisition concerns two aerial vehicles and all equipment associated with the implementation of one aerial vehicle (the two aerial vehicles will not fly simultaneously) as well as spare parts in case of possible breakdowns. Procedure: This draft contract is subject to the adapted procedure in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2323-1, R. 2323-1 to R. 2323-4 of the public procurement code.
