Subject of the contract: supply of 2 cpl. - "devices for detecting, intercepting and capturing unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS)" and their delivery to the contracting authority's headquarters (UM 0251 Bucharest). The current situation of equipping the structures/units of the Romanian Gendarmerie with devices for detecting, intercepting and capturing unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) is burdened by a series of shortcomings generated by the recorded deficits. These products will allow the Romanian Gendarmerie to fulfill its missions with a high level of security and professionalism, including ensuring the protection of critical infrastructures. By acquiring devices for detecting, intercepting and capturing unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS), the Contracting Authority aims to complete the endowment with anti-drone protection means at the level of the units subordinated to the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Gendarmerie, for the fulfillment of specific missions. Interested economic operators may request clarifications/additional information up to the 18th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond, clearly and competently, to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
