Supply of a multi-sensor UAV system with a payload release mechanism

The subject of the order is the delivery of a multi-sensor UAV system with a payload release mechanism. The description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract (SWZ). The Contracting Authority does not divide the order into parts. Therefore, the Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial bids, as referred to in Article 7, point 15 of the Public Procurement Law. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order under the principles and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
