BWI GmbH is considering concluding a framework agreement for the purchase of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV/drones) on which magnetometers for the reconnaissance of mines and explosive ordnance are loaded, and the temporally unlimited provision of associated drone control/planning software, evaluation/explosive ordnance detection software, plus the necessary maintenance and support services. Furthermore, services in the form of further development services (this also includes on-site support for troop trials) and training services are required. The framework agreement will be awarded for an amount of €5,068,266.44 (upper limit: €7,602,399.66) (net) by means of a negotiated procedure with a call for competition in accordance with § 11 para. 1 sentence 1 alternative 2 VSVgV. The framework agreement will be concluded for a maximum term of four years.
