Mine surveying and property rights services for Magyar Földgáztároló Zrt

Procurement of mine surveying, property rights, soil protection, compensation and recultivation design services for Magyar Földgáztároló Zrt. for a period of 3 years from contract signing - 2024 Framework agreement for the comprehensive provision of geodetic, mine surveying, property rights, soil protection, compensation and recultivation design service activities necessary for the operation of Magyar Földgáztároló Zrt., within the operating area of Magyar Földgáztároló Zrt., for a period of 3 years from contract signing. The service, with the works specified in Technical and professional ability Reference (M1), covers approximately 300 separately registered properties (hrsz) belonging to the 4 underground gas storage facilities operated by the Contracting Authority.

Tasks: 1) Provision of sworn mine surveyor and land surveyor services, including property rights administration. 2) Geological and hydrogeological services, geotechnical and petrophysical tests, including CT (computer tomography) measurements. 3) Performance and interpretation of fluid displacement and flow measurements under CT under reservoir geological conditions (p, T), development of displacement equipment. 4) Measurement and interpretation of CH4 leakage using drones. 5) Laser scanning (mobile mapping, drone LiDAR and handheld) and point cloud modelling; topographic survey, establishment of BIM systems. 6) Photogrammetric surveys, orthophoto production. 7) Performance and interpretation of near-surface geophysical measurements (VES, GPR). 8) Performance of other remote sensing tasks, including interpretation of multi-spectral (thermal, InSAR) satellite and drone imagery. 9) Technical condition monitoring of medium-voltage industrial overhead power lines using drones. 10) Technical condition monitoring of solar parks using drones. 11) Soil protection and recultivation expert services
