Acquisition of light ROVs for underwater interventions and their accessories for the French Navy

This is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, comprising: - a portion for purchase orders based on a schedule, in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code - a portion for contingency orders, in application of Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code: This portion will allow for the purchase of services not on the schedule, based on quotes, which may be necessary for technical reasons (technical and material evolutions, or repairs at the manufacturer's).
