Framework agreement for the supply of multi-rotor UAS systems

In the present procedure, material goods from the research and reconnaissance training equipment department have been introduced, which need to be acquired in the period 2025 - 2027 for military units within the Land Forces. Our unit has the competence to carry out the acquisition of the aforementioned products for the benefit of military units in the Land Forces, according to the Acquisition Order of the Deputy for Resources of the Chief of Staff of the Land Forces, registered under no. P-8981 of 18.06.2025. The necessity was identified as a result of the necessity report no. A5-1559 of 20.08.2025, which consists of the request to organize an acquisition procedure to be finalized through several framework agreements, having as object the supply of multirotor UAS Systems according to specific norms, a report which includes the quantities of products, the estimated price and their technical specifications. The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of offers. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
