The product to be procured is a technological platform based on border surveillance capability, transported and located on a trailer, the purpose of which is to autonomously monitor border area activity in 24/7 mode. Integrated into this platform are drone nests (with precision landing capability/wireless charging), into which drones can be separately interfaced. The surveillance system's optics are equipped with a night vision thermal camera and HD day cameras for the purpose of object detection, classification, and alarm handling. The product to be procured will be mediated to the end-user and is intended for use by the Moldovan Border Police. In addition to delivering the product, the supplier must additionally consider and plan initial user training, comprehensive training, and consult the Client.
