Framework Agreement for the Supply of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Systems

The object of the procurement is the supply of 15 complete "Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Systems", necessary for use during the execution of specific missions by structures within the Romanian Gendarmerie, used for transmitting images to one or more operators. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of offers, provided that these requests have been submitted within the term mentioned in SECTION I, namely 15 days before the deadline for submission of offers. To comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of submitting requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documentation/responses formulated in the case of carrying out public procurement award procedures through electronic means (online), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as these will become public at the time the contracting authority transmits the response!
