Purchase of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)

The purpose of this procurement is the purchase of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), their accessories, attachments, and spare parts for the Republic of Moldova, as well as the ordering of related training, repair and maintenance services, and other additional services. The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one partner. With the first procurement contract, the contracting authority wishes to purchase two sets of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). In accordance with European Peace Facility grant agreements EPF/2022/27 (Moldova) and EPF/2023/21 (Moldova), companies registered in and whose offered product originates from the following regions are allowed to participate in the procurement procedure: EU Member States, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine, Aruba, Canada, Chile, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States of America.
