Integrated cartography, digitization, and implementation of a cemetery management information system services

The object of the procedure is the acquisition of integrated mapping, digitalization, and implementation services for a cemetery management information system (Eternitatea, Sf. Lazăr, Ștefan cel Mare), as described in the terms of reference. These are composed of the following: COMPONENT A: MAPPING AND DATA COLLECTION SERVICES (FIELD) 1. Hybrid Methodology (Air + Ground); 2. Epigraphic Data Collection (Inventory of Deceased Names); 3. GIS Deliverables; COMPONENT B: INFORMATION SYSTEM AND INTEGRATION WITH THE ARCHIVE 1. Cemetery administration module; 2. Interoperability (API) and Synchronization; 3. Integrations with other systems; 4. Visual Warning System (Traffic Light System); 5. Reconciliation Engine (Automatic Matching). The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: - 12 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers in the participation notice. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 and art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information regarding the award documentation on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers in the participation notice.
