Supply of embarked surface naval drones with endurance, implemented from French Navy buildings, and provision of associated services

The contract consists of acquiring endurance drones for intelligence gathering and tactical situation assessment above and below the surface. The drones must be embarkable and deployable from French Navy vessels (e.g., PHA, BSAM type), day and night. The drone can be understood as a platform comprising various payloads and a C2 system, and must be modular and scalable. It must be delivered with interfaces allowing its integration into the host vessel. The drone must have an elongation of at least 100 nq and an autonomy of 5 to 10 days depending on its mission. It must be capable of conducting its mission up to sea state 4 minimum. This is a composite contract (which may include, in addition to a lump-sum part, a purchase order part and a provisional part). The maximum quantity of drones targeted is a few tens.
