The subject of this contract is the delivery through purchase of various specialized equipment, machines and facilities for the needs of Belene Municipality under 3 separate lots: — lot 1 "Delivery of brand new, unused specialized machines, equipment and facilities: aerial work platform — 1 pc., backhoe loader — 1 pc., refuse collection vehicle — 1 pc., tractor with implements — 1 pc., 3 pcs. diesel electric generators (aggregates) — 1 mobile and 2 stationary, including installation and assembly", — lot 2 "Delivery of brand new, unused equipment: 5 pcs. chainsaws, 5 pcs. walk-behind snowplows and 5 pcs. brushcutters" — awarded in accordance with Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, — lot 3 "Delivery of a brand new, unused drone — 1 pc." — awarded in accordance with Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act.
