Indkøb af forsikringer til Brand & Redning Sønderjylland I/S

The tender comprises non-life insurance for Brand & Redning Sønderjylland I/S (BRSJ), the municipal emergency services in Haderslev, Tønder and Aabenraa Municipality, organised as a § 60-partnership. The emergency services handle all tasks under fire brigade and rescue corps, including firefighting, rescue operations, accidents with hazardous substances, authority tasks, emergency call centre, and operation of a fire school, and has 106 full-time equivalents (of which 950 volunteers converted to 51 full-time equivalents). The tender is divided into 11 sub-agreements, which tenderers can bid on individually, several at a time or collectively: Building and contents insurance Occupational injury insurance (catastrophe cover), with option for statutory occupational injury Collective accident insurance Commercial and product liability insurance, incl. drone as well as consultant and professional liability Directors' and officers' liability insurance Marine vessels Travel insurance Motor vehicle insurance Dealer and workshop insurance Environmental liability insurance (option) Health insurance for volunteers (option) The contracting authority's building stock comprises 30 insurance locations, primarily fire stations, with a total contents sum of DKK 48,241,833. The contracts are concluded for a fixed period of 3 years from 1 January 2027 to and including 31 December 2029, with the possibility of extension for up to an additional 2 years. Award will be made per sub-agreement according to the award criterion "best price-quality ratio", where price weighs 60% and scope of cover (quality) weighs 40%.
