Acquisition of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)

The purpose of the procurement is to purchase unmanned aerial vehicle systems (UAS), their accessories, additional equipment, and spare parts for the Republic of Moldova, as well as to order related training, repair and maintenance work, and other additional services. The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one partner. With the first procurement contract, the contracting authority intends to purchase two sets of unmanned aerial vehicle systems (UAS). In accordance with European Peace Facility grant agreements EPF/2022/27 (Moldova) and EPF/2023/21 (Moldova), companies registered in and offering products originating from the following regions are eligible to participate in the procurement procedure: EU member states, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine, Aruba, Canada, Chile, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States of America.
