Underwater robot drones for the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations

The award procedure involves concluding a framework agreement for the supply of the product "Dronă – robot subacvatic" - 41 complete, in accordance with the provisions of the technical specifications (caiet de sarcini) no. 110278 of 31.03.2025 and the technical specification no. 110279 of 31.03.2025. Requests for clarification regarding the award documentation shall be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated "Întrebări" (Questions) section in the details of the ongoing award procedure. ATTENTION!!! To ensure the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators shall comply with the provisions of ANAP notice no. 247 regarding the manner of submitting requests for clarification and additional information to the award documentation / responses formulated in the conduct of public procurement award procedures by electronic means (online), meaning that documents attached to the "Întrebări" section SHALL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as these will become public upon the transmission of the response by the contracting authority! Deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: On the 15th day before the deadline for submission of offers. Number of days before the submission deadline by which clarifications may be requested: 25. Frequency of award of subsequent contracts: annually, depending on the needs of the contracting authority.
