The subject of the contract is: Delivery of an anti-drone system for neutralizing small unmanned aerial vehicles. The subject of the contract is defined in Annex No. 3 to the Announcement. The Contracting Authority conducts negotiations in order to clarify or supplement the description of the subject of the contract or the terms of the public procurement contract. After the negotiations are completed, the Contracting Authority may clarify or supplement the terms of reference only to the extent that they were subject to negotiations.
