SUBJECT MATTER OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM The subject matter of this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also "DPS") is the supply of professional, entertainment, and consumer electronics devices, home appliances and home electronics, their accessories, and related supplies and services for the devices to be procured, to the customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel). The subject matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its appendices, especially in the appendix "Subject matter of the Dynamic Purchasing System and Terms of Procurement". During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate. The DPS is valid until the date indicated in the procurement notice, unless it is suspended or amended during the validity of the DPS. Hansel Oy's customers will carry out procurements among the candidates approved for the DPS through internal competitions within the DPS, which may take place throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 7.9.2026 and ends at the expiry of the DPS's validity period. Procurement contracts may be valid for a maximum of five (5) years, provided, however, that all procurement contracts end no later than 3.9.2037. SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM The estimated total value of the dynamic purchasing system is a maximum of 25,000,000 euros (excluding VAT). ELECTRONIC AUCTION The customer may use an electronic auction in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016, hereinafter the Procurement Act) when procuring products and services referred to in this dynamic purchasing system.
