The product to be supplied is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), which must have vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) capability. The product will be mediated to the end-user and is intended for use by the Moldovan Border Police. The product must be easy for the user to use, including not requiring special maintenance after use. In addition to supplying the product, the supplier must also consider and plan initial user training, comprehensive training, and consult the Client on the preparation of a comprehensive solution concept analysis for a modern border management system.
