Framework Agreement for the Supply of 'Drone – Underwater Robot

The award procedure involves concluding a framework agreement for the supply of the product "Drone - underwater robot" - 41 complete, in accordance with the provisions of specification no. 110278 of 31.03.2025 and technical specification no. 110279 of 31.03.2025. Requests for clarification regarding the award documentation will be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated "Questions" section in the details of the ongoing award procedure. ATTENTION!!! To comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of submitting requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documentation / answers formulated in the case of carrying out public procurement award procedures through electronic means (online), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as these will become public at the time the contracting authority transmits the answer! The deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: On the 15th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers / candidatures: 25. Frequency of awarding subsequent contracts: annually, depending on the needs of the contracting authority.
