The subject of the contract is the delivery of 21 special vehicles for drone groups with equipment. The order has been divided into parts, named accordingly: 1) Part I – Delivery of 14 special vehicles for Specialist Drone Groups – SLUAV, equipped with an operator station working in a Microsoft Windows environment or equivalent as defined in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ); 2) Part II – Delivery of 7 special vehicles for Specialist Drone Groups – SLUAV, equipped with an operator station working in a macOS environment or equivalent as defined in the OPZ. The requirement to provide Windows and macOS environments results from the need to maintain compatibility with software, devices, operational procedures, configuration files, administrative tools, and training solutions used by the PSP's specialist drone groups. The division of the order into two parts corresponds to the need to provide two separate operating environments used in the Ordering Parties' operational activities. The purpose of the requirement is not to favor a specific manufacturer, but to ensure interoperability, security, business continuity, and immediate readiness of the vehicles for use.
