The public procurement includes the supply of remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) for the needs of border control at the state border. For the purposes of this public procurement, RPAS is understood to be equipment providing aerial surveillance of a specific section of the earth's surface and transmitting information from this surveillance to a ground-based control station.
