The product to be supplied is an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) that must have Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) capability. The product will be delivered to the end-user and is intended for use by the Moldovan Border Police. The product must be easy for the user to operate, including not requiring special maintenance after use. In addition to delivering the product, the supplier must also consider and plan initial user training, comprehensive training, and consult the Client in preparing the analysis of the concept for a comprehensive solution for a modern border management system.
