Оценяването на офертите на участниците по обособена позиция № 1 се извършва въз основа на оценка по критерия „оптимално съотношение качество/цена”, която се формира по следната формула: Кi = ТП х 0,6 + ФП х 0,4, където показателите формиращи комплексната оценка са следните: Технически показатели (ТП) на предложения автомобил и Финансови показатели (ФП) Продължава в описание, УКАЗАНИЯ ЗА ОПРЕДЕЛЯНЕ НА ОЦЕНКАТА ПО ФИНАНСОВИТЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ (ФП) Оценката по цена (F) се изчислява по следната формула: F = (Fmin /Fi) x 100 където: Fmin – най-ниската предложена обща цена за изпълнение на поръчката; Fi – обща цена за изпълнение на поръчката, посочена в оценяваната оферта; Продължава в описание, Обществената поръчка се възлага въз основа на икономически най-изгодната оферта, съгласно чл.70, ал. 1 от ЗОП. Критерият за определяне на икономически най-изгодната оферта е „най-ниска цена”, съгласно чл. 70, ал. 2, т. 1 от ЗОП при пълно съответствие с техническата спецификация на възложителя.
