Framework Agreement for the Supply of the "Underwater Drone – Robot" Product

The procurement procedure involves the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of the product "Dronă – robot subacvatic" - 41 complete, in accordance with the provisions of the tender specifications (caietul de sarcini) no. 110278 of 31.03.2025 and the technical specification no. 110279 of 31.03.2025. Requests for clarification regarding the procurement documentation shall be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated "Întrebări" section in the details of the ongoing procurement procedure. ATTENTION!!! To ensure the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators shall comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the manner of submitting requests for clarification and supplementary information to the procurement documentation / answers provided in the conduct of public procurement procedures by electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Întrebări" section SHALL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as these will become public upon the transmission of the response by the contracting authority! The deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/supplementary information: On the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days before the tender/application submission deadline by which clarifications may be requested: 25. Frequency of award of subsequent contracts: annually, depending on the needs of the contracting authority.
