DRONE

Supply of drones, which shall satisfy 100% of the legal requirements and applicable regulations and equally the interests of the service beneficiaries. Technical specifications indicating a certain origin, source, production, a special process, a trademark or trade name, a patent, a manufacturing license, are mentioned only for easy identification of the product type and DO NOT have the effect of favoring or eliminating certain economic operators or certain equipment. These specifications will always be considered as having the mention "or equivalent". The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information completely and correctly on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers according to art. 160-161 of law 98/2016.
