This consultation concerns the provision of a drone detection and localization system (collaborative or not) and its operational maintenance at Orly airport and its immediate surroundings (3 km minimum and up to 18 km from the airport's barycenter). The system will be based on sensors owned by Aéroports de Paris, already present at Paris Orly platform. The market holder may supplement the system with new sensors if deemed necessary. The deployment of this low-altitude surveillance system and its hypervision aims to improve the safety and security of Paris Orly Airport. It will also contribute to the airport's perimeter surveillance. The market holder will deploy this supervision system. This supervision will be a continuation of the system installed by HOLOGARDE, aimed at identifying drones and their remote pilots, put into service in early 2020, for which HOLOGARDE was the sole owner of the supervision software.
