Inspection class ROV for Rijkswaterstaat

For the maintenance and management of artworks and wet infrastructure, Rijkswaterstaat (hereinafter RWS) regularly carries out underwater inspections. For this purpose, RWS has various methods and measuring systems. In some situations, these systems are not sufficient and divers are called in. However, inspections by divers are costly, entail safety risks and cause operational hindrance. To be able to inspect more efficiently, safely and frequently, there is a need for a compact inspection-class ROV. This Market Consultation serves as preparation for the intended tender to procure an inspection-class ROV with services. 1
