Property and casualty insurance for Brand & Redning Sønderjylland I/S

The procurement covers property and casualty insurance for Brand & Redning Sønderjylland I/S (BRSJ), the municipal emergency services in Haderslev, Tønder and Aabenraa Kommune, organised as a § 60 partnership. The service handles all tasks under fire brigade and rescue corps, including fire suppression, rescue operations, incidents involving hazardous substances, authority tasks, control centre, and operation of the fire training school, and has 106 full-time equivalents (of which 950 volunteers converted to 51 full-time equivalents).

The procurement is divided into 11 partial agreements, on which tenderers may bid individually, several at a time, or collectively:

The contracting authority's building portfolio comprises 30 insured locations, primarily fire stations, with a total contents sum of DKK 48,241,833.

The contracts are concluded for a fixed period of 3 years from 1 January 2027 up to and including 31 December 2029, with the possibility of extension by up to a further 2 years. Award is made per partial agreement according to the award criterion "best price-quality ratio", where price is weighted at 60% and scope of cover (quality) is weighted at 40%.
