Delivery of a multi-sensor UAV system with a payload release mechanism

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a multi-sensor UAV system with a payload release mechanism. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. The Contracting Authority does not divide the contract into parts. Thus, the Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders, as referred to in Article 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 5 to the ToR.
