Dutch Prisons - UAS Security System (COBBS Belux)

The Transport and Support Service (DV&O) has its own drone team. The Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) are used, among other things, for monitoring transports, preliminary reconnaissance for security tasks, creating 3D maps, and for creating an overview when restoring order and peace on the outdoor terrain. DV&O has multiple types of UAS to perform these tasks. Part of the current fleet is due for replacement for various reasons. This tender concerns the supply and maintenance of UAS. The concrete need for the UAS consists of: • Initial delivery of 12 UAS (consisting of 1 platform) or; • If there are 2 platforms, then initially there are 2 UAS for indoor use and 10 UAS for outdoor use. DV&O can purchase a maximum of 15 additional UAS, including associated payloads, during the term of the Agreement.
