RPAS VTOL Services for Emissions Monitoring from Land and from Vessels

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a contract regarding remotely piloted aircraft systems with vertical take-off and landing in the civil maritime domain to support emission monitoring activities, capable of providing general maritime surveillance functions as required. The provision of cost-effective remotely piloted aircraft systems should include assets and relevant expert personnel for the maintenance and management of remotely piloted aircraft systems and operators for data interpretation, as well as the provision, collection, and dissemination of data.
