Repair and technical support for the SKYctrl unmanned aerial vehicle detection system

1. The subject of the contract is "Service - repair and technical support for the SKYctrl unmanned aerial vehicle detection and counteraction system in the years 2026 - 2029", performed in accordance with the contract documents. 2. The services that are the subject of the contract in the years 2027, 2028 and 2029 will be performed on condition that the Contracting Authority receives by the end of December 2026, 2027 and 2028 respectively, confirmation from the Logistics Authority of the allocation of funds for the given budget year. Upon receipt of confirmation of the availability of the financial resources referred to above, the Contracting Authority will immediately notify the Contractor of the necessity to perform the scope of the Agreement provided for in 2027, 2028 and 2029 respectively. 4. Details regarding the subject of the contract and the criteria for evaluating offers will be included in the Specification of Contract Conditions, which, together with the description of the subject of the contract, will be provided to Contractors invited to submit offers.
