Purchase of Drones

The Scottish Ministers acting through Marine Scotland, Compliance Division have a requirement to enhance their 3 Marine Protection Vessels (MPV’s) with Ready-to-fly drone systems designed for vessel-based operations to improve MPV capability in monitoring activity in the marine environment, without altering or influencing the behaviour of the subject prior to inspection by a boarding party.
