The award procedure involves the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of the product "Dronă – robot subacvatic" - 41 complete, in accordance with the provisions of the Caiet de sarcini no. 110278 of 31.03.2025 and of the Specificația tehnică no. 110279 of 31.03.2025. Requests for clarification regarding the award documentation shall be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated "Întrebări" section of the details of the ongoing award procedure. ATTENTION!!! To ensure the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators shall comply with the provisions of ANAP Notice no. 247 regarding the manner of submitting requests for clarification and additional information on the award documentation / responses formulated in the conduct of public procurement award procedures by electronic means (online), in the sense that documents attached to the "Întrebări" section SHALL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as these will become public upon transmission of the response by the contracting authority! The deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: On the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 25. Frequency of award of subsequent contracts: annually, depending on the needs of the contracting authority.
