Organization and delivery of professional training "Aircraft Operator STS-01 VLOS and STS-02 BVLOS with photo-video elements" for 6 participants of the "Career Compass" project

Organisation and delivery of professional training "Aircraft Operator STS-01 VLOS and STS-02 BVLOS with photo-video elements" including: organisation and delivery of the exam and catering for 6 participants of the "Kompas Kariery" project. The Contractor must be registered in the Development Services Database maintained by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. The Contractor performing the order should ensure at least 3 lecturers, instructors with appropriate qualifications, authorisations and professional experience of at least: a) holding qualifications and authorisations appropriate for conducting STS-01 and STS-02 training, in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft, active authorisations for a UAS pilot up to 25 kg in the STS-01 VLOS and STS-02 BVLOS categories, and b) listed on the current list of training operators in the Civil Aviation Authority database, available at https://www.ulc.gov.pl/pl/drony/prowadzenie-szkolen/5827-lista-operatorow-szkolacych and c) having experience in conducting this type of training, including at least 5 trainings conducted by each instructor in the STS-01 VLOS and STS-02 BVLOS categories for at least 2 participants each, in the last 3 years, and d) holding a current (not older than 6 months) certificate of no criminal record for natural persons from the National Criminal Register, and e) holding current information (issued with a date from the date of announcement of the results of the public procurement procedure to the date of signing the contract) that they are not listed in the Register of Perpetrators of Sexual Offences in accordance with Article 21 of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual offences.
