Maritime Counter-Unmanned Air Systems (C-UAS) Radio Frequency Jammer - Urgent Capability Requirement

The UK Ministry of Defence awarded a contract valued at approximately £1-2 million to Kirintec for an Urgent Capability Requirement to supply up to 11 portable Counter-Unmanned Air Systems (C-UAS) Radio Frequency Jammers for Royal Navy ships. These stand-alone, person-portable systems defeat small-class UAS threats using common frequency bands, requiring only a power supply from the maritime platform, and include one year of in-service support and spares. The jammers are designed for NATO-standard pallet packaging and operation in at least 'official sensitive' classified environments.
