Supply of Remotely Piloted Aircraft on which portable Spectrum surveillance systems will be installed

The object of the contract includes in Part 1 a) the supply of four Remotely Piloted Aircraft (hereinafter RPAs) on which spectrum surveillance equipment, to be provided by the Contracting Authority, will be installed by the Contractor, b) the supply of one Remotely Piloted Aircraft, which will carry an optical payload, c) the provision of theoretical and practical training services by a certified training center to staff of the Contracting Authority for the acquisition of a UAS operator license and d) the provision of services for the integration of the RPAs into the operational function of the Contracting Authority and support for a pilot operation period. Part 2 includes the provision of maintenance and support services for the Warranty Period (2 years), at no cost to the Contracting Authority. Part 3 includes the provision of maintenance and support services for the Maintenance and Support Period of five (5) years after the end of the Warranty Period.
