Delivery of observation vehicles

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 5 brand new Observation Vehicles equipped with optoelectronic devices and devices for detecting and tracking Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. The Contracting Authority may cancel the present procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it, and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis has been provided for in the contract notice (art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law). I inform that pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 and art. 33 of the Act of June 14, 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers (Journal of Laws item 928), the Border Guard Headquarters has introduced the "Internal procedure for reporting legal violations and taking follow-up actions at the Border Guard Headquarters" and the "Procedure for receiving external reports and taking follow-up actions at the Border Guard Headquarters".
