Systems Integration Partner Contract

The Australian Government has awarded Leidos Australia a $45.9 million contract as the Systems Integration Partner for Project Land 156 to deliver and evolve the Australian Defence Force's (ADF) Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft System (CsUAS) capability, including sovereign command-and-control, advanced sensors, and effectors to detect, track, and neutralize Group 1 and 2 UAS threats. Leidos will partner with Australian firms like Acacia Systems, EOS Defence Systems, and Department 13 to provide a modular, scalable system, with an initial minimum viable capability demonstrated by December 2025. This addresses the proliferating drone threats observed in conflicts like Ukraine, supported by Australia's $1.3 billion investment in counter-drone technologies under its Integrated Investment Program.
