The contractor will provide full operational services for an unmanned drone logistics system (UAS operation) for the delivery of groceries, drugstore items, and potentially pharmacy goods to end consumers in rural areas. The operational base is the Wusterhausen/Dosse Droneport (52°53'35.1"N, 12°27'57.5"E). At least two drone systems must be provided, capable of transporting goods (net payload of at least 3 kg) in BVLOS operation within a 9 km radius of a droneport. Delivery must be made via a winch or a comparable system for contactless goods transfer. This must not require ground personnel at the destination or a drone landing for the handover. The service includes 15-18 deliveries per operating day (Tue-Sat, 09:00-18:00), training for 8 employees, compliance with all relevant EASA regulations (operating category "Specific", EU 2019/947), and real-time provision of operational data for research purposes and customer communication.
