ESRI Product Updates and Advanced Technical Support

The purpose of this Technical Specifications Document (TSD) is the renewal of the Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) to ensure the continuity of maintenance, including update rights and standard technical support, for the ESRI products used by ENAIRE. Additionally, the contracting of a technological support service provided by the manufacturer is envisioned, aimed at ensuring the operability, evolution, and responsiveness to future needs of ENAIRE E.P.E.'s Geographic Information System (GIS), named INSIGNIA. Given the acquired criticality and the widespread use of cartographic web applications developed by ENAIRE using ESRI technology, such as INSIGNIA, Drones, among others, it is also necessary to have an advanced 24x7 support service that can immediately address all severity 1 incidents that may affect the platform.
