Acquisition of equipment for the rehabilitation and expansion of the hydrometric station network used to maintain navigation conditions on the Romanian sector of the Danube

The object of the procedure is the acquisition of equipment for the rehabilitation and expansion of the network of hydrometric stations used in maintaining navigation conditions on the Romanian sector of the Danube, within the HyQ2 project, in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications – Section II of the award documentation. The deadline for receiving requests for clarification from potential bidders regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline set for submitting offers. The deadline for the contracting authority's response to requests for clarification regarding the award documentation is 12 days before the deadline set for submitting offers. In accordance with Art. 29 para. 3 of the Annex to Government Decision no. 394/2016, the contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the aforementioned deadline.
