Acquisition of insurance policies

Acquisition, for a maximum period of three years (corresponding to one year plus two renewals for the same period), of insurance policies in the following branches: Workers' Compensation, Health, Motor Fleet, General Liability - Operations, Aerial – Drone, Professional Liability, Marine - Hulls and Liability, Property Damage and Business Interruption (Lot I), Directors and Officers Liability (Lot II), and Environmental Liability (Lot III).
