Quick decision context for procurement relevance and maturity.
Supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning, under a "turnkey" approach, of an unmanned aerial system comprising two monorotor-type unmanned aerial vehicles of different capacities, configurable for various missions depending on the required payload, along with the necessary accessory equipment and control stations for their autonomous operation. The system will consist of aircraft equipped with high-resolution electro-optical cameras, infrared thermal cameras, an onboard system for the detection and localization of mobile devices using SIGINT COMINT technology, as well as a cargo hook for transporting and releasing objects. The contract includes the supply of all components, their installation, configuration, functional tests, commissioning, operator training, and delivery of all necessary technical documentation for the autonomous operation of the system outdoors and under various environmental conditions. This system will enable unattended and autonomous operation for test, inspection, and monitoring flights, facilitating the integration of these technologies into the trials at the CUAM Innovation Center of the University of Seville.
